The Origin Story

He Has Been the Patient.

"In 2001, a major motor vehicle accident left me with severe injuries. Dry needling and acupuncture gave me a complete recovery and a career."

- Dr. Anthony J. Gordon

In 2001, Dr. Gordon was badly hurt in a major car accident. During his recovery, he was treated with dry needling and acupuncture. Through these therapies, he experienced a complete recovery.

That experience also changed his career. He trained in the same treatments that helped him recover so he could offer them to others.

Dr. Gordon works closely with his patients' other doctors and plans care around each person's case. He combines Eastern medicine with modern medical science.

Clinical Philosophy

The Hardware vs. Software Approach.

Your pain is rarely coming from a single muscle. It is usually a combination of structural tension (the Hardware) and nervous system sensitization (the Software) that has been active for months or years. Dr. Gordon maps both, then corrects both.

He does not believe in indefinite treatment without measurable progress. Every patient receives a clear treatment plan with defined milestones and regular reassessment. If a patient is not improving, the plan changes.

Hardware

Structural tension & trigger points

Software

Nervous system sensitization

The Fix

Dr. Gordon addresses both

"I use the needle as a medical instrument to communicate directly with your nervous system. My goal is to find what is driving your pain and treat it."
Dr. Anthony J. Gordon

Patient Outcomes

What Patients Say

My husband saw Dr. Gordon for treatment for an issue with his neck that he was unable to get relief from after seeing many different doctors. I saw multiple doctors and physical therapists for a shoulder issue and did not have any relief until I saw Dr. Gordon. He's incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Gordon stands out in both quality, efficacy, and variety of treatment options. He has atypical equipment and a rare skill set that is both Eastern medicine and Western science driven. To begin with, he sat with me for nearly an hour and discussed the details of my lifestyle to best plan my treatments. I've experienced immense relief with Dr. Gordon where many others have failed.

New York State - Provider Qualification

In New York State, only licensed acupuncturists (LAc), MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs are legally permitted to perform dry needling. Chiropractors and physical therapists are explicitly prohibited by the State Board, regardless of their training. When you choose a provider for dry needling, especially pelvic floor dry needling, credentials are a legal and clinical requirement.
